Smoky Jack Steak


Info, This steak is a great combo of American, Greek and an Italian style meal. I guarantee you will enjoy my delicious concoction.

INGREDIENTS

1.One pack of center cut steak.
2. two pinches of garlic.
3.Two tablespoons of lemon juice.
4.liquid or natural smoke... NOTE, smoking the steak is optional.
5. 1/3 of a cup of onions.
6.Two pinches of pepper.
7. Finely shredded Colby Jack Cheese...NOTE, the Jack in Colby Jack Cheese gives the steak its name.


HOW TO MAKE THE MARINADE

1.1/2 cup of lemon juice.
2.3 pinches of garlic.

DIRECTIONS

First set stove to 5... NOTE, butter is needed to prevent the steak from sticking.
Second smother the steak in the marinade.
Then set the steaks on the pan and wait... Flip the steaks if needed...NOTE. Flipping is needed.
When ready take steaks off the pan and onto a clean cookie sheet.
Place cheese on top of all of the steaks.
Finally set your stove to 425 and place steaks in until the cheese forms a soft cheesy blanket over the steak.

  1. Well done Kyle! I haven't tried your version yet, but as a cook I have made similar and they all taste great, I'm sure yours does as well.

Might I suggest that you add a Flag Counter to your blog so that you can keep a permanent record of the countries that visit your blog. Feedjit is great, but on a temporary record.

  2. looks lovely, I will have to try it. lemon juice as a marinade... I would see that it would tenderise the meat and give it a lovely flavour.
